💡 A bug is a broken or unexpected experience you encountered in the application. To be able to research, qualify, and resolve the issue, please follow the steps below.

To submit a bug;
Subject: Bug Report
In the email, please include;
- Your account / username in the network
- What application the issue pertains to (Web, iOS, Android)
- What browser and/or device you were using when the issue occurred
- If the issue pertains to a mobile apps;
- Operating system version (example: iOS 16.2.1)
- Mobile app version, found at the bottom of Settings
- A detailed description of the issue; steps taken, situational details, etc.
Potential troubleshooting
- Make sure your browser and/or device operating system is up to day
- Make sure your mobile application is up to date
- Shut down your device and restart it
- Quit the application and restart it
- Log out and log back in
- Make sure you’re logged into the correct account
